Well-being
is a set of elements that allows the individual to have a level of quality of
life. In the same term it includes monetary wealth (economic well-being),
access to
goods and services, freedom, pleasure, innovation, mental health, among others.
Here are
some tips to boost well-being. Its frequent practice prevents negative emotions
from invading us.
1. Clear up
your emotions
Clarify
which of the following emotions is controlling you at this time. Uncertainty,
fear, curiosity or sadness that appear with their definition in the following
table.
2.Use the
light of emotion to take advantage of what it tells you
Focus your
attention on the definition of the emotion that is seizing you and apply the
actions recorded in the light of the emotion to use it to advance the
resolution of the difficulty.
3. Discover or Reconnect with Your Life Purpose
Think or
reflect on what you do notoriously well, people recognize you for it, you enjoy
it a lot and you would do it, even if you did not get paid. When you do that
activity associated with the skill, you do not feel that time passes and you
enter states of fluidity. That inner strength put at the service of others is
what is known as life purpose, it answers the question, what are we in this
life for? When we find that inner strength that leads us to help others through
what we know how to do, we are acting from the purpose of life and this
necessarily generates abundance, fullness and inner peace to continue moving
forward despite difficulties.
4. Assemble with the team or with your allies the strategy to reduce the uncertainty based on the strengths
Discover
your strengths and those of your team and based on them build the strategy that
will allow you to be sure of the results you will obtain. Each collaborator has
different strengths, which allows him to contribute to contribute to the
results of the team. When we act from our strengths, the flow states of higher

5. Practice
gratitude
It is true
that things have been lost, but others have also been gained, focus on what that you
have won and be thankful for it daily so that your mind can see further and
advance in the steps of this new strategy. Remember that gratitude comes to
connect us with the miracle of existence, it gives rise to joy. It allows us to
give and receive.
